Mrs. Mamta Sahal is the Chief Financial Officer of AFC India Limited. She is a Chartered Accountant and currently spearheading end-to-end finance functions of AFC India Ltd. which includes MIS, financial reporting, direct/indirect taxation matters & treasury management, coordinating with business partners, banks & financial institutions while driving business negotiations and fund management functions; supervising routine accounting activities and analyzing financial health encompassing irregularities, lack of compliance, lack of adherence and problems whether actual or potential. Mrs. Mamta also manages annual budgets and directing variance analysis to evaluate variance between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions, establishing and maintaining adequate internal control system, preparing annual and periodic financial results, submitting them to the management for review and control the finances. Developing & implementing SOPs and strengthening the internal audit system for pre/post in various processes of the company for effective internal control are also effectively managed by her.
Mrs. Mamta brings over 14 years of multi-cultural & diversified experience in steering strategic financial operations, legal & secretarial, corporate finance (funding & sourcing), treasury management, corporate structuring, due diligence, merger & acquisition, statutory audits, internal audits & balance sheet finalization. Across the organizations and within AFC as well, Mrs. Mamta has demonstrated her leadership skills in managing large teams in setting inspirational goals, defined KPIs & metrics for the team and ensured achievement of the goals while collaborating with senior & Board level management team in decision-making process.
